Join Our Team as a LPN or RN - Days with Bonus

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking dedicated LPN or RN for a full-time position at the Lancaster County Detention Center. This role offers a 12-hour day shift rotation (6 am - 6:30 pm) with alternating weekends, along with a sign-on and retention bonus.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering patient care, evaluating symptoms, reactions, and progress, charting results, and establishing nursing plans within State Scope of Practice and guidelines, under physician/provider supervision.
• Administering prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Following through with established treatment plans.
• Performing emergency interventions, physical assessments, and applying critical thinking skills.
