Southern Health Partners, Inc. has been a leading provider of correctional healthcare for over 30 years. We are seeking dedicated nurses to join our team at the Lancaster County Detention Center. If you are hardworking and passionate about patient care, we want to hear from you!

Position Details

• Location: Lancaster County Detention Center
• Position: Full-Time LPN or RN
• Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift Rotation (6 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.) with alternating weekends
• Bonuses: Sign-on and retention bonuses available

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, and establish nursing plans within scope of practice and under physician/provider guidelines.
• Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Follow through with established treatment plans.
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking skills.
