Job summary

Park Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Bronx County, NY is actively hiring a full-time LPN/RN Charge Nurse to manage an assigned caseload and assure that the quality of services meets high standards and regulatory requirements.

The Charge Nurse will oversee nursing care, guide and support field nurses, review documentation for accuracy, and coordinate with patients, families, physicians, and insurers to advance safe, timely care.

Qualifications

• Valid NY LPN/RN license.
• Associate’s degree; BSN preferred.
• 2+ years nursing home experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Positions available: Fulltime, Parttime and Per Diem.

Park Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a skilled nursing facility, located in Bronx County, New York, is actively looking to hire a clinically superbfull-time LPN/RN Charge Nurse. The LPN/RN Charge Nurse will manage an assigned caseload to assure the quality of services provided meet the high standards of professionalism and those required by City, State and Federal Regulations.

Requirements
