Responsibilities

• Document findings and care in the medical record per policy.
• May be required to report to work during emergencies to ensure continuity of services.

May not make any changes to infusion pump including, but not limited to, rate changes and IV bag changes.Documents per policy and procedure in medical record.During times of emergencies (i.e. Hurricanes, etc.), the LPN may be required to report to work at a location designated by the company, to ensure continuity of services.
