Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with applicable rules and guidelines.
• Ensure nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual and discharge plans.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive resident care.
• Oversee charting, medication administration, and incident reporting.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and surveys.
