Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of professionals. The LPN will deliver quality nursing care to patients, monitor changes in their condition, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, active state license, CPR certification, and preferred one year of skilled nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing in the applicable state
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and keep current during employment

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
