Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current unencumbered state license.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and relevant laws.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants.
• Complete and file admission/discharge charts and orders.

• Perform rounds with physicians as necessary.
