Responsibilities

• Assign duties to staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Engage team members for optimal performance and address performance as needed.
• Manage staffing for assigned shifts with DON/Nurse Manager.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Respond to emergent situations and codes.
• Document using Interact process and ensure proper care plan documentation.
• Contribute to development or modification of care plans.
• Identify changes in condition with proper documentation.
