• CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days(Required)

Responsibilities

• Assigns duties to staff to assure quality resident care.
• Works with DON/Nurse Manager to manage staffing for assigned shifts.
• Provides direct nursing care to residents and assists in emergent or code situations.
• Contributes to development, maintenance, or modifications to care plans and documents changes according to nursing standards.
• Ensures resident privacy and dignity and adheres to facility policies.
• Assists in onboarding, orientation, staffing and supervision of nursing staff.
