Prisma Health in Greer Memorial Hospital's Medical Telemetry unit offers an LPN residency where you will attend quality and core curriculum classes, complete clinical competencies, and work under the supervision of a licensed RN to refine nursing skills and manage patient care.

You will adhere to organizational policies, participate in professional development, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, compassionate patient care at the Greer campus.

Qualifications

• Completion of an LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
• Candidates with greater than twelve (12) months LPN experience are not eligible to participate.
• In lieu of completion of an LPN program, program equivalency recognized by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Care for patients under supervision of an RN, documenting and performing tasks per unit standards.
• Performs clinical tasks and documents observations per unit standards.
• Participates in interdisciplinary care planning and referrals as directed.
• Adheres to policies on licensure, training and patient confidentiality.
• Escalates emergencies to the RN and acts as patient advocate.
