St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position

St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base rate: $38.00-$42.00 per hour (10% differential for 3-11 & 11-7 shifts)
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000

Responsibilities

1. Collect required information from new Residents for admission
2. Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
3. Administer medications and injections as needed
4. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
5. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required
6. Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
7. Monitor food and liquid intake and output of Residents

Requirements

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Valid NY State LPN license
• In good standing with the State Registry
