Offer: Base rate of $40 with an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

1. Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
2. Administer medications and injections as needed.
3. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
4. Supervise CNAs, if required.
5. Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
6. Monitor residents' food and liquid intake/output.

Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid LPN license.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
