Far Rockaway Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Far Rockaway, NY

Compensation: Base rate of $31.94 per hour with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.
Sign-on Bonus: Now offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities:

1. Collect required information from new residents during admission.
2. Record health details of residents, including vital signs and temperature.
3. Administer medications and injections as needed.
4. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as necessary.
5. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
6. Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

1. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
2. Valid LPN license in the state of New York.
3. Good standing with the State Registry.
