Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

Position: LPN Team Members at Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY. Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available. The base rate is $33.38/hr with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

Responsibilities include:

• Collecting admission information and medical records
• Recording health details, vitals, and temperature
• Administering medications and injections
• Treating wounds and bedsores
• Supervising CNAs as required
• Assisting residents with dressing and hygiene
• Monitoring food and liquid intake/output

Requirements:

• Valid NY State LPN license
• Strong teamwork skills
• In good standing with State Registry
