Qualifications

• Active SC LPN license required.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments and administer treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and intake screenings.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and document care.
• Collaborate with physicians, NP, RN, and correctional staff.
• Respond to urgent or emergency situations.
• Maintain electronic medical records with accuracy.
• Provide patient education and promote wellness.
• Support a safe, respectful healthcare environment.
