Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Cherokee County Detention Center in Gaffney, South Carolina. This full-time role offers a day shift from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM and a rotating weekend schedule.

You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, monitor patients, document care, and collaborate with a healthcare team to provide safe, compassionate care in a correctional setting. Sign-on and retention bonuses are available.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and intake screenings
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and correctional staff
• Respond to urgent and emergency medical situations
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Provide patient education and promote wellness
