Elemental Career Pathways is seeking a Per Diem LPN Educator to lead our 3 week CNA Hybrid Training Program. You will guide future CNAs through hands-on skills and clinical training, transforming online learning into real-world confidence.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging sessions, coordinating orientations, and maintaining training records while traveling across NYS. Must have LPN NYSED and AHA BLS credentials.

Formación

• Experience delivering in-service education or demonstrated clinical teaching skills.
• 1 year of long-term care experience is required.
• Current NY LPN license (NYSED) is mandatory.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate orientation programs for new nursing staff and patient care team members.
• Develop and deliver engaging educational sessions, classroom instruction, and clinical training.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and training activities per NYSDOH requirements.
• Provide ongoing emergency response education and maintain BLS Instructor certification.
• Travel up to 5–10 days per month across NYS for site-based training.

Elemental Career Pathways is seeking a Per Diem LPN Educator to lead our 3 week CNA Hybrid Training Program. You'll guide future CNAs through hands-on skills and clinical training, helping turn what they learned online into real-world confidence and experience.

WEEK 1: Students complete online learning

WEEKS 2–3: That's where you come in!

Build a Career That Makes a Difference

• Coordinate and facilitate orientation programs for new nursing staff and patient care team members
• Develop and deliver engaging educational sessions, classroom instruction, and clinical training programs
• Maintain American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor certification and provide ongoing emergency response education
• Assess educational and competency needs related to clinical practice, equipment, policies, procedures, and quality initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance and educational activities in compliance with regulatory standards and NYSDOH requirements
• Support CNA development through presentations, online learning modules, simulations, demonstrations, and hands-on training

Requirements

• Experience providing in-service education or demonstrated skill in clinical teaching
• Mandatory 1-year long-term care experience
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license through NYSED
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to travel for a minimum of 5-10 days per month throughout NYS
