Job summary

BHI Senior Living in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to ensure quality nursing care at Clark Retirement. In This Role You Will:

• Ensure quality nursing care is provided with the assistance of other team members to all residents living in the assigned area, maintaining Clark standards and practice
• Pass medications, perform treatments, monitor care and oversee staff; may be required to provide direct patient care to patients when necessary
• Coordinate all aspects of each resident’s nursing care with the assistance of other team disciplines for the time assigned with them
• Ensure that proper resident care standards and practices are followed
• Communicate with residents, families and designated representatives about resident care issues
• Participate in the orientation process of new employees to ensure that competency requirements are met
• Work 12‑hour shifts: 6:00 am to 6:30 pm

Who You Are:

• A licensed RN in the state of Michigan with a passion for compassionate, resident‑centered care
• Knowledgeable in nursing regulations, standards, and practices
• Works effectively, is precise, able to prioritize and meet job requirements and deadlines
