School Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Fontana, CA

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in California for the 2024-2025 school year . This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 32-37 hours per week .

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct healthcare services to students, including first aid, medication administration, and specialized care.
• Assist in developing and implementing Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) for students with medical needs.
• Support students with chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, seizures, and severe allergies.
• Monitor students with medical conditions throughout the school day and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with California state health regulations .
• Collaborate with RNs, school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to promote student wellness.

Qualifications :

• Must hold a valid California LVN license .
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required .
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently while following medical protocols and school policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
