Job summary

Senior Resource Group invites an LPN/RN to join our team for a Friday and Saturday night shift. You will deliver nursing services, oversee resident care, and manage medication administration in a supportive senior living community.

As part of SRG, you will document care in Yardi EHR, collaborate with healthcare providers, and participate in care coordination for new move-ins and residents returning to care. Strong CPR/First Aid and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse and/or Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a senior living environment preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Must pass a criminal background clearance before beginning work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, eMAR and related software.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Health Services Department team.
• Perform resident assessments to identify care needs.
• Develop and update resident service plans with person-centered approaches.
• Follow up on residents’ health conditions with providers and families.
• Communicate resident information to healthcare providers and responsible parties.
• Provide nursing services per physician orders and administer medications.
• Document via Yardi EHR according to policy and state regulations.
• Coordinate with healthcare partners for care continuity.
• Assist with staffing coordination as needed.
