Job summary

Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join a team committed to excellence in resident care. The role involves providing direct nursing care to residents according to care plans, administering medications, and monitoring conditions.

Shift: Sat/Sun - 10:00 pm - 6:00 am. Location: Sand Springs, Oklahoma. PTO, full benefits, and bonus incentives are offered to eligible staff. New grads welcome with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome!).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
