Job summary

Azria Health Clarinda is seeking an experienced LPN for the night shift to provide high-quality care to residents. You will monitor patients, document changes, and work with the clinical team to ensure restorative care.

Requirements include IA LPN licensure, BLS/CPR, and prior LTC experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; Point Click Care familiarity is a plus. This full-time role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of IA


• BLS/CPR Certification


• Previous experience in a Long Term Care facility


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal


• Point Click Care experience is a plus
