Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills including navigating electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and policies.
• Respond to resident needs during shifts and document care provided.
