Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking an LPN in New York with at least 1 year of experience and a valid license. The role offers full-time, part-time, and per-diem options with shift coverage from 6pm to 6am. Starting rate for LPNs is $30.25/hr, up to $31.25/hr with experience; evening diff brings it to $32.50/hr and night $32.75/hr.

Sign-on bonus of $7,500 is paid out over 2 years. Benefits include 401(k), dental and health insurance, and PTO.

• Experience: 1 year
• License, Registration and/or Certification Requirement: Yes

Responsibilities

• Provides safe resident care, demonstrating knowledge and competency in completing assigned treatments and procedures according to established standards and policies.
• Participates in the improvement process of quality resident care.
• Incorporates age-specific needs, provision of care, procedures, and treatments.
• Communicates pertinent resident information and plan of care before breaks, during transfer, and at shift report.
• Accurately administers medications according to the five rights of medication administration and documentation of same.
• Accurately performs treatments utilizing sterile or clean technique.
