Job summary

Chase Point Assisted Living, part of MaineHealth, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for long-term care. The role supports residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, administering medications and providing restorative care in a night shift, full-time capacity at Chase Point in Damariscotta, Maine.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program with state licensure and BLS, with one year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required.
• Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required; BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, provides supportive and restorative care to residents.
• Reinforces resident and family teaching programs and administers medications and treatments according to policies, procedures, and standards.
