Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in New Jersey.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting; willingness to learn and grow with our team.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct initial patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet unique needs.
