Responsibilities
- Record medical history accurately.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Monitor patients for progress and side effects.
- Maintain patient charts and fluid balance.
- Assist with activities of daily living.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Communicate with families about care and discharge instructions.
