Good Samaritan Larimore Ctr is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, night-shift care in a long-term care setting. You will work under supervision with RNs or physicians, providing medication administration and resident assessments.

The role requires an active LPN license and may include IV therapy responsibilities. Night/weekend rotations apply, with a strong emphasis on safety, confidentiality, and teamwork to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement care plans.
