Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education and licensure.
• Physical requirements include standing/walking most of the shift with lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• New or experienced LPN considered for the role.
• Current LPN licensure in the hiring state; BLS certification (or within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
