Job summary

Kadima Health and Nursing at Lakeside is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team in Pennsylvania. • Minimum 1 year of long-term care or rehabilitation experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to healthcare team members
