Qualifications

• Current LPN license with state nursing board.
• Occasional CEU and competency training as required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and administer medications as ordered.
• Assess residents and document care, status, and outcomes.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families and care team.
