The facility offers base hourly wages of $29.00–$34.00 plus shift differentials for evenings and weekends, with daily pay option and tuition reimbursement opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have a current license in the state in which he/she is practicing.
• Maintains licensure (CE requirements) and CPR certification.
• Desire to work with elderly and enjoys working directly with residents, staff and families.
• Possesses good organizational skills and follow-up when patient situations require.

Responsibilities

• Assists in total patient care within the nursing unit and manages the unit.
• Provides direct nursing care to patients.
• Carries out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON.
• Supervises and assumes responsibility for actions and care delivered by nurse aides, including policy adherence.
• Administers medication and treatment per physician orders.
• Instructs and observes care as implemented per physician/clinician or standard of practice.
• Assists with admission and discharge processes of patients.
