Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with direct routine care under supervision of nursing leadership.
• Participate in development and modification of the Plan of Care; implement delegated interventions.
• Collect resident health data and report changes to the RN or physician.
• Assign and monitor nursing tasks or activities of unlicensed staff; ensure safe, effective care.
