Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• AS (Associate of Science) in nursing preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse in NY state required (NYSED).

Responsibilities

• Administers medications, injections, insulin and immunizations.
• Monitors vital signs and patient history.
• Cross covers across multiple practices.
• Maintains patient records and notes changes in condition.
• Assists with scheduling and authorizations as needed.
• Explains treatments to patients and families.
• Supports clinical staff in everyday workflows.
