Job summary

Montefiore Einstein Advanced Care in New York, NY seeks a Lead LPN to support clinical teams across multiple practices. You will record vital signs, intake/outtake, patient history, administer medications and injections, and help schedule patients and processing authorizations.

You will train and monitor clinical associates, coordinate with the Practice Manager, and ensure clean patient care rooms and stocked supplies while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School required.
• AS preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse registered with NYS Board of Nursing required.
• NCLEX-PN or equivalent license for NYSED required.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and injections within scope of license.
• Monitors and records vital signs, intake/output, and patient history.
• Assist with scheduling, referrals, and authorizations.
• Cross cover across multiple practices as needed.
• Train and monitor clinical associates on related workflows.
• Coordinate with Practice Manager on performance and development.
