Job summary

Plymouth Dermatology Associates P is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support Mohs surgery workflow in Brockton, MA. The role covers preoperative planning, intraoperative assistance, reconstruction/closure, and postoperative care under physician supervision.

Responsibilities include reviewing charts, preparing the sterile field, assisting with tissue handling, taking photos, and maintaining documentation in the EMR. Prior surgical or dermatology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with surgical or dermatology experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Mohs or dermatology procedures is a plus.
• Strong chart review and patient interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Review Mohs schedule and patient charts preop.
• Prepare sterile field and instruments for procedures.
• Assist with surgical steps and tissue handling.
• Support reconstruction/closure and wound care.
• Document care and take postoperative photos as directed.
• Maintain EMR accuracy throughout visits.
