Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health's Dermatology-MOHS Surgery Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for inpatient/procedural care. This full-time, on-site position offers a 40-hour workweek and requires NH LPN licensure and BLS certification.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Provides and documents nursing care assessments, nursing interventions and patient/family education to stable patients under supervision.
• Reviews patient plan of care and assists with activities of daily living.
• Performs focused nursing assessments including vital signs, pain, skin and wound assessment.
• Administers oral, topical and inhaled medications and may administer IV medications with delegation.
• Applies dressings and assistive devices per assessment and orders.
• Reports assessment findings to the interdisciplinary team and maintains safety standards.
