Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support patient care in our facility in Osceola, AR. You will work under RN supervision, providing education and direct nursing services in a team-focused environment.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, active LPN licensure in the state, and CPR certification, with a preference for 1 year of clinic experience. Shift options include day/night coverage to support patients' needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 1 year clinic experience.
• Current LPN licensure in state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients and contributes to individualized treatment planning.
• Administer medications and IV therapy (if certified) and perform diagnostic tests as directed.
• Collaborate in controlled substance counts and follow safety procedures during shifts.
• Assist in procedures, implement nutrition and therapy plans, and document encounters using SOAP.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and ongoing training to ensure high-quality patient care.
