Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care services and health education for guests.
• Supervise care/services by CNAs/STNAs and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests.
• Assess guests’ health and notify physician of changes; implement orders.
• Institute nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
• Contribute to guest assessment and development of a plan of care.
