Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Santa Rosa Correctional Institution Annex in Milton, FL. The LPN (Mental Health) will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision, working with RNs and psychiatric staff to address physical and behavioral health needs.

The role requires a Florida LPN license, CPR certification, and a high school diploma/GED, with mental health experience preferred and the ability to obtain the necessary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Florida LPN license.
CPR certification required.
Experience working in mental health preferred.
Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and criminal background check).

Responsibilities

Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.
Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
