Job summary

This role monitors patients’ mental and physical health status, administers medications, performs assigned nursing interventions, and reports changes in condition to support patient safety, stabilization, and emotional well-being. Working collaboratively with RNs, psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and interdisciplinary support staff, the LPN contributes to coordinated treatment and effective crisis response. Through compassionate, trauma-informed care, this position helps maintain a safe and supportive environment that respects patient dignity and promotes engagement in the recovery process.
