Job summary

Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Centers is seeking an LPN to join our Memory Care Unit in Tazewell, VA. Build meaningful relationships with residents and contribute to compassionate, resident-centered care during day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN license in the state of Virginia (VA).
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in the Memory Care Unit.
• Monitor residents' health status and document changes; respond to needs promptly.
