Mirabella at ASU in Tempe, AZ is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care teams on a full-time day shift (7:00am–7:00pm). The ideal candidate holds a valid Arizona LPN license, has experience in long-term care, and understands facility policies and procedures.

CPR/AED and First Aid certificates are required, and fingerprint clearance is needed for employment. Join our vibrant campus on ASU’s Tempe location with supportive leadership.

As part of the continuum of care, Mirabella has a 21 bed Skilled Unit and a 20 bed memory care unit located on the second floor – both serve both existing residents and the Tempe community at large. Our residents have access to highly personalized care with 21 Private Suites/Bathrooms and a newly constructed environment (Completed in August 2020)! Work Schedule

Full-Time Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm)

About You

• Current Arizona license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) gained from completion of an accredited nursing program, college, or university
• Previous experience in long term care, skilled nursing, geriatrics, etc.
• Demonstrated understanding of functions, organization, policy, regulations and procedures of a long-term care/skilled nursing facility.
• Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Must be able to successfully pass fingerprint clearance.
