Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gathers data, plans and implements the nursing care of patients within the nursing unit under the supervision of a RN.
• Provides direct care and assists with care by nursing assistants and supportive staff.
• Participates in patient and family teaching and acts as patient advocate in line with the facility’s mission.
