NO CONTRACT

Incentives (must work at least 48 hours per pay period):

1. New Grad $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
2. 1-2 years’ LPN experience Sign-On Bonus $5,000
3. 3-4 years’ LPN experience Sign-On Bonus $7,000
4. 5+ years’ LPN experience Sign-On Bonus $10,000
5. Education Assistance:
   • Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year
   • $30k in initial RN degree assistance
6. $3000 Relocation Assistance for full-time only
7. Weekend Differential
8. Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
9. Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential
10. Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential
11. New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $8.00 for LPN

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.
• Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state and meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire.

We handle both chronic and acute conditions, including telemetry and cardiac care. Our patients present with multi-system needs, such as chest pain, heart failure, dysrhythmias, sepsis, infectious disease, wound management, pneumonia, COPD, diabetes, TIA, gastrointestinal conditions, and more. We also care for patients requiring surgical interventions such as cath lab procedures, angiograms, EGD, colonoscopy, and anticoagulation therapies.
