Incentives (must work at least 48 hours per pay period):

• New Grad $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
• 1-2 years' LPN experience Sign-On Bonus $5,000
• 3-4 years' LPN experience Sign-On Bonus $7,000
• 5+ years' LPN experience Sign-On Bonus $10,000

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration will be given for comparable education and successful licensure.

Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current LPN license within the hiring state and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire.

We handle both chronic and acute conditions, including observation patients, telemetry, and cardiac care. Our patients present with multi-system needs such as chest pain, heart failure, dysrhythmias, sepsis, infectious diseases, wound management, pneumonia, COPD, diabetes, TIA, gastrointestinal conditions, and more. We also care for patients requiring surgical interventions such as cath lab procedures, angiograms, EGD, colonoscopy, and anticoagulation therapies.
