Job summary

Williamson Health in Spring Hill, TN is seeking an LPN/Medical Assistant for full-time day shifts to support our outpatient teams. You will provide essential clinical nursing support, coordinate tests and visits, and assist physicians in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, Medical Assistant certification preferred, and at least one year of medical office experience; proficiency with glucometers, BP cuffs, and EMR is desired.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
At least one year of experience in a medical office setting.
Must be proficient with glucometer, BP cuff, thermometer, and basic clinical equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical nursing support and communicate clinical information to patients.
Schedule tests and consultations and obtain clinical specimens.
Assist physicians with med/surg procedures and immunizations as appropriate.
Triages patient calls and coordinate outpatient care with local providers.
Train new staff and ensure compliance with safety standards.
