Job summary

Lovelace Health System in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Part-Time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support Medical Surgical 2N. Under RN or physician supervision, you will provide direct patient care and perform general nursing tasks.

You must hold an LPN license in NM (or a valid multi-state compact license within 90 days), and obtain BLS/CPR within 14 days of hire to ensure safe, compliant care.

• Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque’s Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear Nose, and Throat (ENT), bariatric, and orthopedic service lines.

Responsibilities:

• The LPN under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician, provides direct, safe, appropriate, and effective nursing care to designated patients in accordance with patient needs, current standards of nursing practice, and organizational policies within the scope of LPN Licensure and hospital policy.
• Performs general nursing tasks.
• Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
