The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest quality care by administering medication and treatments safely and organized. Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, conducting SHUs, and providing resident care in accordance with laws, regulations, and Sunrise policies, all while promoting quality care and service to our residents.

  • Maintain confidentiality and report concerns appropriately.
  • Participate in safety and risk management practices.
  • Support team goals and participate in training and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed as LPN, LVN, or equivalent in your state/province.
  • Maintain required certifications like CPR and First Aid.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Effective communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
