The LPN Medication Care Manager provides quality care by administering medications and treatments safely. Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, conducting SHUs, and resident care, all in accordance with laws, regulations, and Sunrise policies to ensure high-quality service.

Must have a valid LPN, LVN, or state/province-specific nursing license, maintain certifications, be at least 18 years old, preferably have experience with seniors, and possess strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills. Ability to react calmly in difficult situations and handle multiple priorities is essential. Driving a Sunrise vehicle requires signing the Driver job description and understanding safety duties.
